Located in Bishop, Georgia, A&W Products is dedicated to developing and producing the highest quality wax emulsions and paraffin wax products for the growing Southeastern markets. A&W Products manufactures and distributes wax emulsions and paraffin wax products from our facility, located approximately one hour east of Atlanta. Our rail and truck fleet can meet any delivery requirements. We are currently operating two complete processing units with production capacity of 100,000 pounds of fresh product per day, along with support, warehousing and storage of an additional one million pounds. Our production facility includes two high volume, high pressure homogenizers.

A&W Products is a producer of high quality paraffin and microcrystalline wax emulsions. Paraffin wax emulsions are derived from petroleum oil and are useful because of their ability to repel water and act as a surface modifier.

Quality control occurs in house with six specifications that each product must pass before shipment. Consistent quality is the most important feature that A&W Products strives to achieve.

A Tradition of Excellence

William Atkins and William Whitmire founded A&W Products in 1990 with the goal of producing high quality wax emulsions to suit the applications of any industry. Production facilities include two independent production lines, allowing different products to be produced simultaneously. One line offers extremely high pressure particle size reduction for very specialized products.

Support facilities include 100,000 gallons of raw material storage along with 100,000 gallon finished product storage that can be served by both rail and truck. Finished products are typically delivered via our transport tankers and also can be packaged according to customer specifications.
